GTA 6 Car Apps: Scooter Bros Delivery and WAINK Fence Lists

On this page
Current status
- Current status: Confirmed by Rockstar's demo and interviews in Edge 430 (Edge).
- Last verified: October 29, 2026.
- What is confirmed: both apps by name, how they work in principle, weapons stored in your car's trunk, and fuel and engine gauges.
- What is not confirmed yet: Scooter Bros' price, WAINK payouts, and whether there's a delivery cooldown.
Scooter Bros: car delivery
Confirmed (Edge): summoning your car is "not quite as smooth and instantaneous as whistling for John Marston's horse", but it's "a relatively swift process" (Edge).
Confirmed (Edge): your weapons are in the trunk, so getting your car back also gets your arsenal back. In a robbery you "won't have time to phone in a vehicle", so you'll need to leave a getaway car "around the corner" or carjack one and gamble on trackers, armed drivers and "a tank nearly empty of fuel". More on the weapon wheel and weight system.
WAINK: cars wanted by fences
Confirmed (Edge): WAINK lists the wanted model with "its security features, tracking capabilities and so on, with more security-rich models being tougher to steal". Per Edge (Edge):
- Higher-end models ping their location to the police, so you have to lose tails on the way.
- At the dropoff, "usually, the fence has a signal blocker".
- "Part of your payment is contingent on the condition of the car when it arrives."
Confirmed (Edge): this is one way to raise cash when the story's "natural gating" asks for money before the next job (Insider Gaming).
Analysis: WAINK looks like a named, fence-focused version of the car-scanning app IGN described earlier. See stealing cars.
Fuel and engine health
Confirmed (Edge): "Cars can drive for a long distance before running low on fuel, and refilling is a quick diversion" (Edge). Refuelling details: gas station refuel.
Analysis: engine health plus WAINK's condition-based pay means careful driving after a theft pays, literally.
Confirmed vs rumored: car apps
| Claim | Status |
|---|---|
| Scooter Bros delivers your car for a fee | Confirmed (Edge) |
| Weapons stored in the car's trunk | Confirmed (Edge) |
| WAINK lists cars fences want | Confirmed (Edge) |
| Payment depends on car condition | Confirmed (Edge) |
| Exact fees and payouts | Unknown |
The bottom line
Analysis: your car becomes your mobile armoury, and stealing to order becomes a proper job. Keep a getaway car close for robberies, and bring WAINK cars back in one piece.
