The Shitzu Squalo benefit on the Rockstar Store (Confirmed):
- The boat is a "gradient pink and blue Squalo docked at Washington Beach."
- It comes ready for open ocean with an explosives-laden weapons crate.
- It's "perfect for casting in Gambit Bay and reeling in catches of all sorts."
- Official screenshots show the boat.
That's the full official record for Washington Beach: a boat dock. Rockstar hasn't published a neighbourhood description.
Gambit Bay, in the same sentence
Gambit Bay comes from the same Squalo copy and reads as a body of water used for fishing (Confirmed name, region not stated). Because both appear in one product blurb, it's tempting to put them side by side on a map. Nothing official says they're close. Gambit Bay has its own card on the map, also Unassigned.
The 2002 connection
In 2002's GTA Vice City, Washington Beach was the district between Ocean Beach and Vice Point on the eastern island, home to the police station and several mission locations (franchise history). GTA 6 confirms the same name and confirms Ocean Beach too. So "Washington Beach is in Vice City again" is a very reasonable guess. Unpinned for now. The Washington Beach card sits in the Unassigned list. If Rockstar confirms it's part of Vice City, it'll get a pin next to Ocean Beach. The beachfront drawn on the satellite-style base map is unofficial until November 19.
