GTA 6 Ocean Beach: Vice City's Art Deco Strip Returns

• Last verified: October 16, 2026, against official Rockstar pages only.
• Official sources checked: Only in Leonida (Vice City panel), Rockstar Store (Vintage Vice City Pack).
• On our map: the GTA6Home map · Ocean Beach place card · Ocean Beach pin detail page · Ocean Beach location page.
• Pin accuracy: the pin sits at region level and its position is approximate. Rockstar has not published coordinates. The satellite-style base map, roads and place names on /map are unofficial and will be replaced with the real map after launch on November 19, 2026.

Two official mentions (Confirmed):

1. The Vice City panel on Only in Leonida opens its neighbourhood tour with "the pastel art deco hotels and bright white sands of Ocean Beach," then moves on to Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market and the VC Port.
2. The Vintage Vice City Pack on the Rockstar Store offers a "'55 Vapid Stanier sedan and garage alongside the world-famous Ocean Beach."

So Ocean Beach is a named district, and pre-order buyers get a garage near it. Our Vintage Vice City Pack guide covers the bonus itself.

• Confirmed: the name. The '55 Vapid Stanier copy on rockstargames.com/VI reads: "Cruise Shore Drive in this classic sedan and store it in the Shore Court personal garage that's just a stone's throw from the glistening sands of Ocean Beach."
• Confirmed: the garage. The Vintage Vice City Pack on the Rockstar Store lists the "'55 Vapid Stanier Sedan and Garage", a "garage alongside the world-famous Ocean Beach." The same Rockstar copy says it features a weapon locker plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods.
• Unconfirmed: the street. Rockstar says you can cruise Shore Drive in the Stanier and that the garage is a stone's throw from Ocean Beach. It doesn't give the garage's street address.

Map card: Shore Court Garage.

In 2002's GTA Vice City, Ocean Beach was the southern beachfront district where Tommy Vercetti started, with his first safehouse at the Ocean View Hotel. GTA 6 brings that hotel name back too: official screenshot alt text shows Jason and Lucia "standing outside the Ocean View Hotel" (Confirmed caption; see our Ocean View Hotel guide). Whether it's the same spot in the new layout is not confirmed.

Ocean Beach is the GTA version of Miami Beach's South Beach, so our Ocean Beach pin sits on Vice City's eastern beachfront. Rockstar confirms that Ocean Beach is in Vice City. Where inside the city is our estimate: the pin is region-level and approximate, and the streets and labels on the satellite-style base map are unofficial until November 19. For the city as a whole, see the GTA 6 Vice City map guide.

Ocean Beach is confirmed, comes with a pre-order garage nearby, and brings back its 2002 hotel name. Its exact footprint waits for launch. Open the location card or the map.
