GTA 6 Footage Airs on South Park: The Dog Poop Clip, Explained

What the clip shows
Confirmed (VGC's description): Jason is on the beach and sees a dog owner let his dog poop on the sand, then pick it up with a bag. Jason throws an object at him, a fight starts, and Jason "picks up the bag of dog poo and slaps it across the man's head" (VGC).
Reported: Vice says the clip shows Jason and Lucia on a "crowded beach", with crowd density on par with the first trailer (Vice). The Verge sums it up as "That's what's coming in November" (The Verge).
How it fits the episode
Reported (VGC): the clip comes near the end. A character turns on a TV and warns that "a lot of good Americans died to smuggle this to us", then praises the "world-building" of being able to "pick up the dog poop" (VGC).
Reported: VGC notes South Park has featured Rockstar before, with Red Dead Redemption 2 in "Time to Get Cereal".
What it tells us about the game
