Reported (Sensor Tower via eTeknix): PlayStation 5.14M (74%) and Xbox 1.78M (26%). Revenue is about $501M on PS5 and $174M on Xbox (eTeknix).

Reported: the trend has been 6.08M (Oct 13), then 6.45M (Oct 20), then 6.92M (Oct 27). Weekly additions rose from about 370K to 470K (thegta6news). Earlier updates: 6 million, 148% ahead of MW2.

Reported (eTeknix): Cyberpunk 2077 had 8M pre-orders, Modern Warfare 3 (2011) 6.5M, and GTA 5 7M. GTA 5 then sold 11M on day one and 16M in week one (eTeknix). Vandal ran the same comparison (Vandal).
