The listing has changed before
Reported: The Leonida Map wrote in September that the Xbox listing showed Portuguese (Portugal). On October 19 the same listing shows Portuguese (Brazil). Store metadata gets edited, so treat the list as provisional until launch.
The PlayStation Store page doesn't display a language list in the US store. Analysis: the PS5 and Xbox versions normally share language support, but that isn't confirmed for GTA 6.
Why English-only audio is expected
Analysis: every mainline GTA has shipped with English voice acting and subtitles for other languages. Rockstar's performance-capture casts and radio stations are built around English.
