GTA 6 VC Port: Vice City's Cruise Ship Capital

What Rockstar says
The Vice City panel's tour ends "out to the VC Port, the cruise ship capital of the world" (Confirmed, Only in Leonida).
That one line tells you two things. The port is a landmark big enough to headline, and it's a passenger cruise hub, not just a cargo dock. Rockstar hasn't described cargo or industrial areas there.
The 'North Port VC' sign
In Trailer 2, an overhead highway sign reads "North Port VC / 97 to 397 / Downtown" (Shown in trailer). Our map keeps this as a separate, Likely card, the Port VC route:
- "North Port VC" plausibly points toward the port, but the sign doesn't say "VC Port" word for word.
- "97 to 397" looks like route numbers, which we cover in our highway sign notes.
- The same sign points to Downtown.
We don't treat the sign as proof of where the port is. It only shows the port area is signposted from the highway network.
Real-world model and franchise history
- Real world (Analysis): PortMiami bills itself as the cruise capital of the world. Rockstar's phrasing is a direct parody.
- Franchise history: 2002's GTA Vice City had a Vice Port district of docks and warehouses. GTA 6's "VC Port" brings the idea back, this time framed around cruise ships.
Where VC Port is on our map
PortMiami sits on islands in Biscayne Bay between downtown and Miami Beach. Our VC Port pin follows that model on Vice City's bayfront.
