Your body changes
Reported: WIRED says eating too much or too little affects Jason's and Lucia's weight, and working out builds muscle. It's a San Andreas idea, done more fully. IGN's preview says you manage their stats "with food buffs and workouts."
Reported: Bloomberg's Jason Schreier says Rockstar built a sweat system. Characters sweat more the harder they exert themselves, like dancing hard in a nightclub (GamesRadar).
Still unclear
- Gambling: conflicting. SVG says IGN's list includes gambling. But GTAVice notes GTA 6's ratings carry no "Gambling" descriptor, which suggests no player-accessible casino. Treat casinos as Unconfirmed.
- Backyard wrestling: seen briefly in the Extended Look. Whether it's a repeatable activity or one mission is unknown (SVG).
- Animal activities: petting, feeding and studying animals are reported. See GTA 6 animals.
