On this page
Current status
- Current status: Wrapped Freebee vehicles are on Miami streets. Fans first photographed one on October 19.
- Last verified: October 21, 2026.
- Sources checked: The GTA 6 News, Portal Viciados, fan photos those outlets cite.
- What is confirmed: nothing from Rockstar. All figures come from Freebee, relayed by iGrandTheftAuto.
- What is not confirmed yet: the buyer, and whether more vehicles will be added.
Where the 20 vehicles run
Reported (Freebee's figures, per The GTA 6 News):
| Area | Wrapped vehicles |
|---|---|
| Downtown Miami | 6 |
| Miami Gardens | 4 |
| South Beach | 4 |
| Wynwood | 2 |
| University of Miami | 2 |
| Florida International University (FIU) | 2 |
Downtown has the most. The GTA 6 News notes the University of Miami's service runs in the evening and pauses for winter break, so those two cars may sit idle for part of the campaign.
The three designs
Reported:
- Welcome to Vice City: the same slogan as the Kaseya Center rooftop sign.
- Vice City Manatees: the in-game football team.
- Weazel News: GTA's TV network. A black Weazel News Freebee van was photographed at School Board Station on October 19.
- Reported (Portal Viciados): a "Welcome to Vice City" Freebee GEM e6 cart was photographed on Collins Ave near 5th St in South Beach on October 20. It carries QR codes, one of which leads to the GTA VI page on rockstargames.com.
Analysis: the Weazel and Manatees designs match the kiosk parody ads seen in Wynwood the same week.
Can you ride one?
Reported: Freebee rides are free and booked in the Freebee app in each area (the University of Miami runs its own app). You can't request a wrapped vehicle, so getting one is luck (The GTA 6 News).
Analysis: your best odds are Downtown Miami, with six of the 20. The campaign runs about seven weeks past the November 19 launch.
