Current status

  • Last verified: October 16, 2026, against official Rockstar pages only.
  • Official sources checked: Brian Heder, Jason Duval and Cal Hampton bios.
  • On our map: the GTA6Home map · Brian Heder's boat yard pin detail page.
  • Pin accuracy: the pin sits at region level and its position is approximate. Rockstar has not published coordinates. The satellite-style base map, roads and place names on /map are unofficial and will be replaced with the real map after launch on November 19, 2026.

What Brian's bio says

From the official character bios on rockstargames.com (Confirmed):

  • Brian Heder is a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys.
  • He's still moving product through his boat yard, with his third wife, Lori.
  • He has been around long enough to let others do the dirty work.
  • Rockstar says he looks like a Leonida beach bum and moves like a great white shark.

That's the whole official record of the boat yard: it exists, it's still in use for smuggling, and Brian runs it with Lori.

Cal Hampton, the other associate

Cal Hampton is Jason's friend and a fellow associate of Brian's (Confirmed bio). He's happiest at home, snooping on Coast Guard communications with a few beers. For a crew that moves product by boat, a friend who listens to the Coast Guard is a useful one to have (Analysis).

Where it sits on our map

The bio's Keys context is why the boat yard is one of the 17 pinned locations, placed in the Leonida Keys region. It's labeled Likely because the bio describes the yard without giving it a name or address. The pin is region-level and approximate, not a specific dock, and the base map and roads around it are unofficial until November 19.

What isn't confirmed

  • The boat yard's trade name.
  • Its exact island or location within the Keys.
  • Whether you can visit it freely, or use it for storage.
  • Missions tied to it.

You may see trailer screenshots online that are claimed to show Brian's business. We don't link any footage to the boat yard unless we can cite an official source for it.
