What Rockstar has actually said about GTA 6 Online
Remarkably little. All official GTA 6 material so far — both trailers, the website, the gameplay detail drops, the pre-order pages — focuses on the single-player experience: Jason, Lucia, and the state of Leonida.
As of July 2026, Rockstar has not:
- announced a GTA 6 Online launch date (day one or otherwise),
- confirmed the mode's name, structure, or content,
- said whether it's bundled with the base game or separate,
- detailed character transfers, crossplay, or subscriptions.
