Reported:

Score vs radio vs The Album: three different things
GTA 6's music has three layers. It's easy to mix them up (Analysis, based on official announcements):
| Layer | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Original score | Music written for the game: missions, cutscenes, mood | Confirmed — Justice |
| In-game radio | Hosted stations of mostly licensed songs | Confirmed — first six revealed October 8 |
| GTA VI: The Album | 34 new original tracks with Atlantic Records, out November 19 | Confirmed — announced September 17 |
Rockstar's October 8 post on X promised "the biggest and widest-ranging selection of in-game radio yet." The score is a separate, Justice-led layer.
A French electronic thread
Analysis, not a confirmed link. The first Album singles already had French electronic names on them. Gematsu lists Travis Scott's "RHYNO," produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, and "Sexy Magic" with Etienne de Crecy. Justice joining as score composers fits that pattern. Rockstar hasn't said these collaborations are connected, so don't read a shared production team into it.
