Local shakedowns for Brian Heder

Brian Heder's official Rockstar bio states he lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties so long as Jason helps with local shakedowns (and stops by for Lori's sangria). This confirms shakedown work as part of Jason's arrangement with Brian, without naming individual missions.
