ConfirmedVice City
Vice City is Leonida's neon-soaked big city and the setting Rockstar headlines as "Everything in Excess." Official copy says America has moved on from the 1980s, but Vice City is still the sun and fun capital. Rockstar names Ocean Beach's art deco hotels, Little Cuba's panaderías, the Tisha-Wocka flea market, and VC Port (cruise ship capital of the world) as neighborhood highlights.
