ConfirmedShore Drive
Shore Drive is named in Rockstar's official '95 Grotti Cheetah Ultimate Edition copy as "Grotti's signature mid '90s sports car and ode to Shore Drive." That is the only confirmed official mention found on live Rockstar/store pages as of this check. Rockstar has not published a standalone Shore Drive neighborhood panel or confirmed which Leonida region contains it.
