Cal Hampton

Cal Hampton is Jason's friend and a fellow associate of Brian Heder. Rockstar's bio paints him as happiest at home: snooping on Coast Guard communications with a few beers and private browser tabs open. He is described as living at the "low tide of America" and being fine with that; casual paranoia loves company, but Jason has bigger plans.
