Boobie Ike

Boobie Ike is billed by Rockstar as a local Vice City legend. He is one of the few to turn street time into a legitimate-looking empire that spans real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. Rockstar says he is all smiles until it is time to talk business; the club money pays for the studio, and the drug money pays for it all. His biggest investment is a partnership with aspiring music mogul Dre'Quan Priest on Only Raw Records — they just need a hit.
